Recent research has shown that body dissatisfaction is not limited to specific cultures, emphasizing the need for more inclusive interventions. To address this, we conducted a two-phase co-design study with seven women aged 18-24 from diverse cultural backgrounds. In Phase 1, we explored the socio-cultural factors influencing their body image perceptions and experiences, identifying four key themes. In Phase 2, we delved into how digital tools could support them, discussing potential designs for positive body image interventions. Our findings highlighted the importance of considering cultural context and individual experiences for effective digital interventions. By amplifying the voices of individuals from different cultures, we gained valuable insights into their unique needs, motivations, and challenges, crucial for designing tailored digital solutions.
